So, when Lexus, at our recommendation, piloted a new way to simplify the retail process called Lexus Plus, we set out to explain it to consumers in a way they would immediately understand.

Our idea: take something really, really simple, and make it really, really complicated.

Coffee wasn’t the only thing we roasted in the process.
